yo. what's up? just waiting for me, huh? well, listen. i'm sorry, but i had to cook an absolute ton of chicken for my nineteen coworkers and our potluck tomorrow. i may have actually gone overboard and i'll acknowledge that, but at least that gives me a reason to bring some to nikki at work tomorrow.

i can not believe we're already at 900 decks and i don't feel like we've even made a dent in the donation list. now that the be mine event is over (and more about that below), i'll have time to focus on making decks again! watch out, boys and girls. we're just a few weeks away from 1000 decks.
Be Mine Event
it's finally over and i am exhausted. i'm sure you guys are, too. i counted the total of masteries today and you guys popped off with a whopping 429. that means i uploaded 858 new files to our little site... freaking nuts! you guys are insane.
on that note, your leftover chocolate can now be spent. there's a new topic in our event forum for our official heart shop! i hope that you guys spend your chocolate well, and again, thank you for the patience!

As promised, it's Sunday and we're back with another update! Because it is a new month, this is considered both our Sunday and Monthly update. I don't have a whole lot to say, so I'm going to try and keep this short and sweet instead of attempting to make content out of nothing.

Be Mine Event
The Be Mine event is officially closed, and I'd like to thank everyone for their enthusiasm! I have quite a bit of badges that made their way in, so please be patient as I get to those. I did not expect so many to come in during the final few days of the event so it may be quite a few days before I can complete them all and hand out rewards!
Regarding any chocolate you may have leftover from Heart Hunt, we will be opening up a forum topic where you can spend them as soon as I finish rewarding all submissions, so I can't give you guys a date on this.
This also means that Heart Hunt is closed! I've kindly gone through and added the answers to the entire list so that anyone who was completely stumped has a chance to check their work! The reward pages have been removed but I will keep the heart cards up for a few more days. ♥
Games
Although a few of you may be sad about this, Chewing Gum has been removed from our monthly rotation, because your admin team are having a hard time finding places to hide the candy. Because Chewing Gum was a game with 15 possible cards as reward, we've actually slipped them into Sentimental and Secret Garden to make up for it. Nothing lost, nothing gained!
Otherwise, our Monthly set is good to go! Nikki has given Secret Garden a bit of a theme this month. If you can figure it out, it should help you find those cards much easier. Our Mini Mastery is all good to go as well. This month, our theme is Peace! All cards and custom badges must show an idol throwing up a peace sign. Big thanks to Zooya for sending this suggestion in, and including the sample deck. You've made our job very easy, once again.
Our Weekly Set and Set 2 have both been updated as well! I can't tell if Nikki has gone easy on you guys or not, so best of luck. ♥
Melinda also has our forum games up and running as well, so don't forget to play them!

HEART HUNT has been updated for the final time!
We have officially made it into the last week of our Be Mine event. As mentioned in our Be Mine literature, we'll be finishing this event on March 3rd.
Our most recent batch of Be Mine badges and their pretty keep cards has actually been kind of wild. To give you guys some idea, I just uploaded around 215 badges (and of course, 215 pretty keep cards) to our site. I'll be passing those out very soon, I just have to add all 430 images to profiles as well as pass out all 215 rewards. This is a lot, so if you see any mistakes on your badges or pretty keep cards, please let me know via the forum thread that we're using for Be Mine, as I'm expecting there are some accidents on these badges.
At this point in time as well, I believe I've released a deck for every request that I had. If I missed someone that you wanted, let me apologize and promise you that we'll be around next February so that you guys can do this all over again with new decks and new idols. ♥

MONTHLY DEADLINES ARE UPON US so please ensure you get your donations in, as well as your mini masteries and anything else that applies to this month only. If you haven't requested a birthday badge, please head over to the forum and ask for one. You won't get another chance in 2019, February baby!
Our official monthly update will take place next Sunday, so keep an eye out on the Discord and our Twitter for early updates as we release the monthly games and our monthly forum topics on the 1st.

Keeping this very short and sweet, because Nikki and I are still in Montreal until we leave tomorrow morning. I start a new job on Tuesday, so I will definitely be a little bit slow to respond this week! Thanks for behaving while we're gone and I look forward to seeing you guys soon!

Guess who? It's Sunday, and that can only mean one thing! Another update where I make promises I'm not going to keep because I am far too distracted making decks. So before we get into it, I just want to say that I haven't done any important coding this week. Those game pages that were still on the old layout? Nothing new there, so don't worry! It isn't your cache, it's me. ♥

If you are not a member of our Discord, I just wanted to let you that I have taken a wonderful suggestion from Zooya and we've added the option of using an idol's given name, rather than their stage name, if you want to! It is completely optional.
It's also worth mentioning that we went ahead and added chocolate to the event mastery rewards. If you think you have too much chocolate, don't worry. We're going to be opening up a little shop at the end of the month where you can spend any chocolate you have left over.
Our first large batch (mainly thanks to Mio) of badges are also out on the forum, so if you have been in need of some inspiration, why not check it out here?

It has been a long day of hard work for your admin team, but we are finally ready to get started on this update for you guys.
Before we get too far ahead of ourselves, I'd like to take some time and properly bring the new month in by supplying some helpful links and talking about the event!

If this is your first time tuning in since Friday, you may have missed the Be Mine event, which is outlined HERE for your convenience. This was an incredibly busy weekend for us, between our best friends birthday party (which we were basically hosts for) and the new month, but we're very happy with the results and things be running smoothly before the end of this week.
The event forum for Be Mine is finally up, too! You can find that here.
Now, something we need to talk about is our event mini game, which our event committee has done a fantastic job keeping under wraps. Throughout the Idolise decks (which must be in full view/not on a mobile phone or HIGHLY minimized screen), your admins have hidden tiny hearts within the card images. You can find more information about this mini game here. Please don't hate us! We're trying to help you get a couple of choice cards.
Each Sunday in February, we'll add 15 new hints (and 15 new hidden hearts) for our members to find. If you don't have time to tackle the mini game this week, fear not. We'll be keeping all of the hints and all of the hidden hearts up for the entire event duration.

It has been a literal month since I updated the layout, but I have finally started changing the game pages over. Both Set 1 and Set 2 are finished, but I only made it through two of our weekly games (and none of the monthly). Thank you for all the patience with this, and now that I have done a large bulk of it, I'm sure it'll take no time at all to do the rest of them!
That being said, Set 2 has been updated by our beautiful Nikki. I will also remind our members that our Monthly set was updated, since it is officially February! Get your rewards, baby.

Hello, hello! Your favorite team are back at Starbucks this week and I am DEFINITELY going to keep this short.
This is sort of off topic, but I wanted to let our Discord members know that Nikki has added a new role to our channel which will remind you guys to take your daily login bonuses. Just enter the Discord channel, click on #self-assign-roles and react to our cutie Coups emote for daily reminders.
On a very tragic note, the member panel is down! For some reason, Starbucks has eaten a part of its code in transfer? I just need to figure out what it ate and recode it when I get home! Please give me some time! I'm sorry if this makes mastering things hard on your guys for a little while!
As well, there are a few things I wanted to do today (birthday badges, forum Santas) but my images are not uploading from my current post at Starbucks. Instead, we'll wrap everything up on the 1st of February, which will also be our next update day! We'll see you guys there. Thanks for the patience as we wrap this up! Life has been moving fast for your admins, but we love this site and we have a lot that we want to do with her.

Just a little reminder that the end of the month is here, and that means a few things.
MINI MASTERIES: As most of you guys know, having the opportunity to master the older themes was a Christmas gift from your admins and staff! This will end with the month, so please make sure that you not only have your Glasses masteries in, but any additional themes as well. ^^
DONATIONS: They are due by the end of the month! Any donations that haven't been handed in will be removed from the list and are available for re-claiming in February, so don't stress too much if you've run out of mine.
MONTHLY GAMES: If you haven't played these, please freaking play them! Do not miss out on those sweet cards, you little turkeys.
BIRTHDAY BADGE: If you were born in January, please!!! Go to the forum and get your badge!

a lil reminder
For the month of February we will be having a pairing event that will let our members master two decks in order to get a custom badge of those two people! If there is an artist who is part of a pairing that you would like to master in this event who doesn't have a deck yet, let Caitlin or me know! If they have a deck donated, we can make it and release it. If they don't have a deck donated yet, donate them and lets us know you want it made for the February event. If you're out of donation slots for the event, we can usually ask around and find someone who is willing to use up a slot they haven't used! I think that covers everything. What I'm saying is we'll do our best to make your pairings work, just reach out and let us know.
This is why you might see a lot of artist decks in the next few updates, and why we might have multiple decks from the same artist in one update. Trying to make sure all of your uncovered little babies get covered!

In case you missed it in our previous update, our sweet little trade bot Boo has been sending out trades to all of our members (with some help from our sweet little staff). A few people have asked and yes, you can keep these trades in your trade logs! Consider them a gift toward your next stamp card.

This event has come to a close, too! There are a few things we need to wrap up, including handing out the proper prizes for your Santa choices. It was originally going to happen today, but this week has been rough on your admins so patience is appreciated!

Alright, kids! It's Sunday, we're at Starbucks, and we're ready with a brand new weekly update. We've been distracted, chatting like we didn't see each other two days ago, so I have decided to (try and) keep this short and sweet for our sake. Less typing means more friendship time.
i promise i hired staff
With everything that has been going on, hiring staff has been a little slow moving. I have reached out to all of the staff that I will be accepting, but I want to say thank you to those of you who I ended up not going with! There were a lot of applications for the same things, so I did it on a first-come-first-serve basis, or who I thought was going to be able to access a computer more.
BADGE STAFF: I am sure you guys already know this, but Awhylime, Lindsay and Lara have already started making badges for me over on the forum. Going forward, all badge work (or at least MOST of it) will be done by the designated badge makers. They're keeping the forum running smoothly, and I love that you guys are finally getting badges and rewards in a timely fashion! Feels really good.
BOO BOT: Our charming Nicky will be handling Boo trades from now on! She's very excited to provide treats to our members who send in cards that Boo is currently collecting, as well as updating his trade pile more often! That means, Boo has some new rules and we recommend brushing up on them ASAP. You can view those here. Though, the only thing that has changed is that you can now send him 2 collecting cards weekly, rather than just the 2 each month!
BOO FAIRIES: Amber, Cashew and Sola are our brand new trade fairies, which is something that Nikki and I would have never been able to keep up with. Each week, our trade fairies will be visiting members who are marked as active on our members list, to trade you goodies that you actually need!
PROFILE STAFF: With the new mastery form, I think that there will be a lot less issues, making this a beautiful one person job! You've likely already noticed Haylee in the error reporting forum, taking over in fixing profile errors and a few other things around the site. On her first day on duty, she diligently added all of the custom badges to the correct decks! A true angel. :'(
GALLERY STAFF: This feature is almost done, and completely designed. It should be up for viewing very soon! I'll be getting help managing this from our precious Danni, Devon and Vaini who all volunteered and agreed to give me a hand once we need it! I'm looking forward to giving you guys your new gallery sometime next week. ^^
EVENT COMMITTEE: I actually found helpers for this, which is exciting! Luna, Ruthia, Mio, Yasu and Melinda will be my go-to girls for planning events and getting help on the forum is needed! Our first event will be the Be Mine event next month, which Nikki and I are excited to get planned with our new group of helpers!
everything else
A lot of people had requested that I add back the option to sort decks by release date. I've done this! Though, I'm calling it what it is, which is sorting by ID. I have also added back the upcoming page, which was there all along, just not linked properly on the deck page anywhere! I'll be playing with our deck page a little this week to make sure it looks good.
