Hello, hello! Welcome back to Idolise for another Sunday update. We hope that everyone is staying safe and sane out there. These really are strange times, and we look forward to seeing you guys every week to provide a really extra escape from the real world.
I will admit that we don't have much to talk about today! School is incredibly busy for me (as I have mentioned) and I am still struggling to adjust to not going to an actual classroom. Working from home is harder than I never imaged, so I really admire everyone who is currently doing the same.
Because of this, I have not made any real updates to the site... But I think that this upcoming week may be better, and Nikki and I are hoping to do some of the housekeeping tasks that were pointed out to us through Q&A! We really appreciate the effort everyone has made to give us helpful feedback.

Hello, hello! Welcome back to Idolise for another Sunday update. Your cutie admin team are chatting over Discord today to bring this update to you. We hope that everyone is well, staying motivated and practicing safe social distancing. We know that it's difficult, so we hope that a little Idolise treat will encourage you to stay indoors and stay happy!
Not only is today our usual weekly update, but it is a brand new month! March is over, and April is finally here. There are a few things I need to get out of the way before we jump into it... And as always, those are our precious event cards to lead us into the new month!

As you guys can see, Megumi is our new random member of the month! Keep an eye out for her chosen decks over the next four weeks (with one of those being today).
Housekeeping Things
While procrastinating on the important things in life, I have made a number of small updates here and there. I'm probably going to forget some, but here is what I can remember doing this week:
- Added coupon-freebies10 to the shop. Finally. Sorry about that. Completely forgot.
- The brand new levels that I created (back in... December? January?) are officially available through the info page. That being said, if you entered your card count on a level up, you still would have been able to level up. I just did not have them displaying.
- We have finally updated the shop and currency page to have information about what to do with old coins. I have also added a link to our currency display mod through there, should you guys need an easy way to find it in the future.
Something that I wanted to bring to your attention as well, as a bit of a reminder, is that a number of members still have not requested their 1-year anniversary member cards. We know that this is by no means a priority or even that important, but it's something we haven't talked about in a while and I wanted to remind you guys that it is still a thing. You can request them any time through our forum topic.
Unrelated to Idolise, but Still Important
I mentioned this in our Discord, but I want to let everyone know that I have re-opened hosting on the letstrade.cards network. I have streamlined this with a script that automatically adds necessary Idolise categories to eTCG on install, and I have created a new layout that makes it insanely easy for me to plug in a few things and send a new hostee on their way.
I am mentioning this because I think that right now is a great time to get one of your friends into Idolise. I am planning on creating instructional videos on how to use eTCG and give a basic rundown of Idolise itself. I would love to encourage growth in our community and maybe see some new members while we're all stuck inside. Make some new friends. That sort of thing.
If anyone has a friend who is interested, I would be happy to supply the hosting. Just have them sign up here.

For those of you who are not a member of our Discord, I have been working towards coding a number of mods to help out with what a lot of us find that eTCG is lacking. I post everything on Notion.
We also have a number of members who post amazing mods over there to make the TCG experience so much better, and I really want to encourage anyone who has been too shy to join our Discord to give it a try. We're all really nice!

Nikki has updated our Set 1 games! Our Weekly Games, as always, can be played again at this point in time. Nikki has also updated our Monthly Games... So get those cards!
The Fifth Season: Your admins are not perfect, and we do realize that this game was a little complicated. We have chosen to no longer ask for forum posts from you guys. There is really no need, due to logs being posted to the site and there being no way to cheat or choose a different door.
Nikki says, please do not be surprised that there is no new forum topic for next month. This month, you will still go to the forum and click on your door. But there is no need to choose a door for next month. We're removing the forum next month.
I also want to mention that we are still allowing for a trade every day with Boo. We see no reason to not continue this, so get your cards! I will update him at least once between now and next week, so keep an eye out.

Hello, hello! Your admins are going to keep it short and sweet today. We have both had a busy week, between online courses and Animal Crossing, and we do apologize if we have seemed a little far away!
We are best reached out to through the Discord. Please @ us in any situation that is an emergency, and we will always reply as soon as we see it. We are both active on the Discord, and if you are not sure who to reach out to, just @ both of us. This helps a lot in getting back to you faster.

We'll be continuing with the daily Boo trades this week! Just like last week, you guys can send Boo up to 12 cards a day. I kind of blew it on updating him yesterday, because Animal Crossing, but I'll let you guys know through the Discord when he gets new cards.

The month is almost over! This is just the usual reminder to play monthly games, get your donations in and make sure that your dream deck is in before midnight on April 1st.

Hello, hello! Your admins are very busy with Animal Crossing this weekend, but we wanted to give you all a little extra this week. We are having a ton of fun (from our own homes), and we hope that you are all doing your best to enjoy these weeks.

Spoiler: We are releasing three Pristin related decks this week, and Nikki said that we should give you guys something. Happy third anniversary to Pristin and Nikki wants you all to have 10 choice cards. You can use them on anything you want, as long as the decks came out before today!
Error Fixes!
I went through every single deck yesterday to double-check and make sure the badges were good! I found a number of errors. Some may have been due to the mastery badges being re-uploaded, but some actually may have been errors this entire time. Please reupload the following (and here is a zip file for ease):
- astro-breathless-master: Pixel font was lowercase.
- daniel-whatareyoudoing-master: Pixel font was lowercase.
- exo-powerdo-master: This mastery badge was uploaded incorrectly. It was supposed to match the other mastery badges.
- gg-holiday: THE WHOLE ERA... Pixel font was lowercase.
- hl-plzdontbesad: These mastery badges did not have colored bordered.
- ifnt-clock-master: Pixel font was lowercase.
- kimlip-awoo-master: Pixel font was lowercase.
- sf9-nowornever: This entire era had accidental lorem ipsum font under the badge text.
- stlr-crying-master: Pixel font was lowercase.

We know that a lot of you are currently practicing social distancing and limiting time outside of the house. To encourage more trades, new cards going into the economy and perhaps some leveling up... We thought that we would do some double rewards for you guys.
I'm really into bullets these days, so here's a bit of information about that!
- Set 1 games have double rewards.
- Weekly games will have double rewards this week. Currency is not doubled!
- HOWEVER, weekly double rewards (the powerup rewards) are not doubled.
- Freebies have not been doubled, but they were increased by 50% this week. We thought 60 was just too much to have to choose.
- YOU CAN ALSO TRADE WITH BOO EVERY SINGLE DAY. We're allowing you to send Boo 12 cards a day (instead of 12 a week). I'll update his trade post with additional cards on Wednesday and Friday morning so that you guys can get some good cards! (I am doubling the number of cards in his trade post. Hope you all find things you want!)
- Keep an eye out for additional rewards from Amy on the forum!

Mastery Badge Errors (Continued)
Big thank you to everyone who has been reporting mastery badge errors. Although I mentioned this last week, I want to remind everyone that I recently re-saved every single badge from its PSD. Some PSDs were saved over (because I'm clumsy) or had errors in them, so I've expected a number of errors to come out of this.
Any that have been reported to the forum have been fixed, and my goal this week is to actually click through every deck and just give them a once over.
(Have you guys noticed the Next and Previous buttons on our view deck pages yet?)

Hello! Welcome back to Idolise, everyone. Did you have a good week? I know I say this every Sunday, but we missed you guys. March has been a pretty busy month for both of us so far, so we really appreciate how well the site has been running without either of us even checking on you guys.
A Gift From Your Admins
Did you guys know that we're Seventeen fans? :)
S.Coups has been on hiatus for quite a while, and your admin team are very happy to have him back with Seventeen and preparing to get back to work! His deck is also being released this week (which is due to your votes, no rigging from us), so we thought it might be nice to give you guys some choice cards.
THESE CHOICE CARDS CAN NOT BE USED ON ANY DECKS THAT WERE RELEASED TODAY. OR AFTER TODAY. ONLY DECKS RELEASED PREVIOUS TO TODAY.
Everyone is invited to take choice cards that spell out WELCOME BACK SCOUPS. No limit per deck. They can be used to master. This is a gift. We NEVER give you guys choice cards, so we hope you guys enjoy them.
New Lightstick
Nikki has already this in the Discord, but she uploaded a brand new special lightstick. This lightstick allows you to choice any cards from decks that were released in 2015.
This was a highly requested lightstick from our members in the Discord. Especially since retiring the 2015 decks, there are a number of artists who would not benefit from having their own lightstick. We hope that this lightstick will help you guys master some of those 2015 decks, and continue to bring 2015 cards into the TCG in a gentle way.
Mastery Badge Errors
An ongoing issue with our mastery badges that stopped them from being uploaded through eTCG. If you've ever experienced this issue, it usually requires the badge to be saved through another method. This has been the discussed solution through the Discord up until now.
A little bit of research on my part showed that saving the mastery badge as a PNG through a different method in Photoshop solved the problem. Instead of trying to pin-point which mastery badges were the issue, I actually downloaded all of the mastery badges on the site, saved them again and reuploaded them to the site.
Now, this has lead to a small issue on the site. Any PSDs that had issues have caused the badges on the site to have issues because that's where I re-saved them from. You guys have been reporting issues on the forum, which I appreciate it, but this is why some of the badges suddenly have issues.
For example, b1a4-sweetgirljinyoung-master was suddenly Krystal's 4 Walls mastery badge, which was probably quite odd to anyone who noticed.
Please keep an eye out for these issues and report them. It's really appreciated!
Card Fixes
I don't usually post these, but I went through the forum and compiled all recent badge/card fixes so that I could share them for easy upload. Some of these go back into 2019. Some I fixed silently a lot of time ago, others I only fixed over the last few weeks while I was bored at school... But here they are!
This includes fixes for the following mastery badges:
- everglow-bonbonchocolat mastery badges, which all had some extra text hiding behind the member name.
- b1a4-sweetgirl mastery badges, which all had 'F(X)' in the top corner... and the border color was also that of fx-4walls... :)
- clc-pepeseungyeon-master, which had a typo in her name!
It also includes fixes for the following cards, due to errors with duplicated images or out-of-date images. That sort of thing.

Hello, hello! Welcome back to Idolise for another Sunday update. Your admin team is back at their favorite Starbucks. We're such a nuisance that we've caused a lady to abandon her table and move to the other side of the cafe... But we don't care! We're excited to see you guys, as always.

As mentioned in the Discord, the light punishment for the last-minute submissions is waiting for your badges. This upcoming week is incredibly busy for me, due to an important school event and a couple of summer placement interviews.
Realistically, I should have the badges up before the 13th. Your patience is appreciated, and I look forward to seeing your image choices! Please don't try and sneak any edits in between now and then, as I may work on badges slowly over the next week your edit may be overlooked if I've already made your badge. If you need anything, please message me directly through Discord or the forum.

Hello, hello! Welcome back to Idolise. Your admins are not at their usual Starbucks today. We're working from home, because my nephew is sleeping and I can't take a shower and risk waking him up. Tough times.
We're happy to be back at it, though! This is a very busy time for me at school, and I have personally missed you guys. I haven't been working on the site at all, but I'm hoping to be back at it within the next couple of weeks!

This is going to sound weird, but please do not press the deck vote button twice. We have a single member who double clicks it every single week, and it submits their votes twice. I then have to go and remove them by hand. Now, I have added a note to the button to avoid this in the future, but will ideally be eliminating double click when I have time to figure it out.

Welcome back to Idolise, kids! This week felt quite long, right? It feels like we've been apart for more than a week. I guessed I missed you all or something.
Your admins are hanging out in their usual Starbucks, talking shit. This update is going to be quite quick and simple, but there are some hidden (not really hidden) freebies in one of our sections, so keep an eye out for those!
Idolise, Winter Edition
Thanks to Nikki, I finally got off my ass and changed our layout. Thank you to everyone who donated images to help us out. Nikki is an angel and cut out all the heads for me, as well collected all of the additional images, and we were able to create something really cute and cozy for you guys.
The forum will be changed soon! I've just been a little busy with school things this week. It'll be changed soon. But in Caitlin's world, soon might mean a month.
Be Mine
Our Be Mine event is in full swing, and we're really looking forward to seeing who you guys end up handing in for masteries. We have noticed that we haven't had a lot of submissions so far (and we assume you'll all be handing in your five pairings at once, which is totally fine), and Nikki and I thought that it might be nice to give you guys a couple of choice cards.
Regardless of whether or not you're collecting any Be Mine decks, please feel free to take 10 era choice cards. These choice cards CAN NOT be from today's deck release.
